Return Refund Policies
Following are the applicable rules regarding return and refund policy of DukanX.
(Vendor do have their own policies, in most cases, vendors are free to put any policy but in strict cases, DukanX can decide which policy fits best).
- No order is taken back once it is confirmed & delivered.
- No claims are accepted after a successful business transaction.
- You are responsible for damage due to miss handling.
- Expired or ingenuine products can be claimed by requesting DukanX team to investigate.
You are required to submit a ticket in case of this.
- DukanX is not responsible for scams but encourages a complete check & confirmation signature on the invoice before delivery man leaves.
- DukanX does not own any product, they are provided by vendor registered with us.
- DukanX has authority to manage dispute regardless of vendor’s policy.
- Vendor terms and conditions should prevail in a normal routine.
- Vendor and client adhere to internal dispute management system.
- Payable is due after confirmation call. Any form of objection or absence or not taking responsibility for an order will list you as an untrusted customer. No further transaction will be done with you in that case.
- DukanX is not responsible for vendor’s payment recovery if DukanX delivery system isn’t used.
